Terms & Conditions

By booking a tour with Tucson Frights and Bites Tour, you (the "Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

Voluntary Participation and Risk: All Participants acknowledge that the tour involves walking in public, historical, and potentially dark areas, and thus carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, uneven ground, steps, obstacles, traffic, and adverse weather conditions. Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
No Guarantee of Activity: We do not guarantee the occurrence of any paranormal activity. Tours are for entertainment and historical storytelling purposes.
Release of Claims: The Participant agrees to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Tucson Frights and Bites, its owners, guides, and employees (the "Released Entities") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by the Participant while on the tour, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Entities or otherwise.
Personal Property: The Released Entities are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property or belongings during the tour.

2. Participant Conduct and Safety Rules

Follow Directions: Participants must obey all instructions and directions given by the Tour Guide at all times.
Intoxication: Any Participant who behaves reasonably under the suspected influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused participation and asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Disruptive Behavior: Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. The Tour Guide reserves the right to remove any Participant from the tour for inappropriate conduct, with no refund provided.
Age Restriction: All Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility for their supervision and conduct. Due to the adult nature of the tour we have a minimum age of 16 for tour attendees

3. Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds

All Sales Final: All ticket sales are generally final and non-refundable.
Cancellations by Customer: No refunds will be issued for "no-shows" or cancellations made by the Participant. We will happily Reschedule a tour to a future available date with 48 hours notice prior to tour time.
Cancellations by the Company (Force Majeure): Tucson Frights and Bites Tour reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to severe weather, guide illness, unforeseen site closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of Company cancellation, Participants will be offered a choice between a full refund or rescheduling for a future date.

4. Use of Likeness

Promotional Consent: The Participant grants Tucson Frights and Bites Tour the irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual right to use any photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken of the Participant during the tour for promotional, marketing, and business purposes across any and all media.
